THE CHEF
Fabien is a French chef with over 15 years of experience.
He started in a small restaurant "Le Beaujolais" in France where he learned to cook without waste with seasonal products.
Since then, the chef Fabien DUBOEUF has been in the kitchen of two 3 Michelin star restaurants; "Paul Bocuse" and "George Blanc" from where he draws his rigor, his mentality of respect for the products and the technique to work with luxurious ingredients.
