Fabien is a French chef with over 15 years of experience.

He started in a small restaurant "Le Beaujolais" in France where he learned to cook without waste with seasonal products.

Since then, the chef Fabien DUBOEUF has been in the kitchen of two 3 Michelin star restaurants; "Paul Bocuse" and "George Blanc" from where he draws his rigor, his mentality of respect for the products and the technique to work with luxurious ingredients.

An experience

Thanks to his many travels, Fabien has perfected his know-how by combining travel and cooking where he worked in prestigious establishments.

Several seasons in Val Thorens at " Koh I Nor, Le Pashmina " (1 Michelin star) and in Eze village at " Château Eza " (1 Michelin star), as well as a trip to London and Australia have taught him a refined and creative cuisine.

Finding local and seasonal products is for him a real environmental and gustatory challenge.
